Real Estate Recovery in Jamison Bucks County, Pa.

Windrush is a lovely community of townhomes in Jamison. They are poplular because of great floor plans, all of them have atlease one car  garage, tennis courts, tot lot and walking distance to Township Park off Meyer way.

I looked up the mls and this is what I found :

In the first six months of 2010 there were 2 homes that sold for an average price of $292,880

The lowest price was $275,000

In first six months of 2011 , there were 4 homes that sold for an average price of 296,750

The lowest sale price was $280,000

Prices are not as high as they were at the peak of the market but they have improved .
