Once again the mystery was solved in a fun discussion on my Facebook page! The photo is taken from the dock at Independence Point in Downtown Coeur d'Alene. It's where the lake cruises depart from and where visitors can rent paddle boats, seaplane rides and parasailing adventures, among other things...
