It's Thursday night...do you have your weekend game plan right? We have found that open houses in Del Webb Sun City Huntley are a great way to generate opportunities to meet buyers. Now, have I sold a house that I am sitting?...well, no. However, I have met many people and converted some to customers and a couple to clients. I do sell houses at open houses! The industry is full of speculation on the end of the open house. I simply can't agree. My experience has taught me otherwise!
Marketing is the new king of Real Estate. Do you know how to market a house? Well, I blog, I email, I do direct mail, I do print advertising and I do open houses! In addition I talk to everyone I meet. Do you listen? Do you have a plan? Does everyone you meet know what listings you are currently marketing? This is the big time and now is the right time! Isn't this why your clients listed their home with you? Get it sold already! They don't hire you to list, they hire you to sell! Do you put signs in yards to market you or the house? People, we need to get honest. If we aren't managing our sellers expectaions, looking for buyers in line at Costco, and working this business 24/7, then we aren't doing our jobs!
I'm a successful REALTOR and I am thrilled with my business! I am having the time of my life and people keep saying, "What a terrible time to get into Real Estate!" Do they have a clue? If these are the bad times, I'm not sure I will be able to stand the good times!
