WV Real Estate advice...

By
Real Estate Agent with Wainwright & Co. Realtors

Hello again!  I just received a call from a long time friend of mine, so I want to pose the question to the experts out there.

He just transferred jobs from Morgantown, WV and is looking to get his home on MLS.  He has done this before in VA, but I'm just not sure of the laws in WV reguarding this.  I know I'm doing something crazy by asking fellow realtors, whose livelyhood is in getting and selling listings, but in keeping with my attitude, I really would like to help him out.

I look forward to your advice and comments on this subject (as always).

I also want to thank everyone for the great comments and advice on last weeks post.  It is greatly appreciated and respected.

Have a great night.

All your friend needs to do is list the home with a RE firm that is a member of the local MLS.  I would recommend my company, Old Colony Co. Inc.

Thanks Rob.  Does your office just list a property without hiring an agent if he were willing to pay a small fee?
