Rentals of all size are performing well in the greater Natomas area--larger homes are out doing the 1 and 2 bed condos but good tenants can still be found. Make sure the properties are rent ready and the property is priced properly to ensure you get the value the rental deserves. Rents have improved some 10% from last year so make sure you give a higher rent a week or two to test the market.
