The greater Roseville area continues to be a highly desirable location for prospective tenants. High end properties are performing very well in these communities but all levels of property value are doing well. A large portion of renters continues to be those who have recent distressed sales or foreclosures....their peripheral credit is good and incomes are usually exceptional. With a close examination of their rental application they prove to be excellent candidates to rent.
