Home sales in Silverado Court 1 and 2, a neighborhood in the Silverado area of Henderson and Las Vegas, NV kept a lethargic pace in the third quarter of 2007. Two homes closed, matching the previous quarter, and significantly down from seven in the first three months.
Existing resale inventory grew to 22 homes making this an extremely challenging market for sellers. Foreclosures and short sales are also putting pressure on market prices, as can be seen by the disparity in selling prices below. Homes in Silverado Court 1 and 2 are located close to schools, shopping and recreation and have quick access to the I-215 freeway.
