I have a great business partner in Belinda. She always keeps the closing table on track and getting their jobs as buyers and sellers done. Sellers normally finish signing all there paper early and the buyers have their loan package to cover and sign.
We had a great closing yesterday.
The sellers were done with their part of the closing and were sitting idle. Belinda just bought the new iPad2 a couple weeks ago. Our sellers have the older iPad and wanted to see the new one. No problem. She whipped it out of her brief case and handed it over to them.
She told the seller how she was stuck on a certain level in Angry Birds and asked him to get her past the level. He got her through the last two levels and handed it back to her. Of course, the sound was turned off the entire time.
When she got it back, she noticed an icon with a film strip and clicked on it.
Next thing we know, the Angry Birds is playing some kind of cartoon with the sound blaring. Everyone in the room stopped what they were doing as she was trying to turn off the volume. Finally the seller figured out how to turn it off.
It’s never a dull moment working with Belinda. Who would have known she would provide this kind of entertainment at closings.
