HORRIBLE ESCROW COMPANY...

I recently had a horrible experience with an escrow company in CA. I had a closing that  was scheduled for the 3 of october. The file closed and the escrow company neglected to send the Hud to us for approval (the mtg co.) They sent  3 different huds to the lender, "on accident" and when we requested they fix the hud they refused. The lender recalled the wire. Luckily the lender gave us another shot! Well, this time the escrow company sent us a HUD which was approved by us and the lender. the borrower had to resign docs, and when the funding disbursement docs were faxed to the lender....guess what? the escrow company sent a completely different HUD. The lender, realtor and broker all called repeatedly to the escrow company to correct the HUD. The escrow agent ignored all calls and finally at the end of the day decided to send the HUD. However, not before she told everyone involved how incompetant we all were. How do you even deal with something like this?
