The Food Factory is amazing! They don't advertise as much as any other restaurants or food shops do. All of their positive reviews and popularity are based on WORD OF MOUTH! This is an excellent place to stop by if you want something phenomenal for lunch.

The Food Factory likes to think of themselves as a “New York deli on steroids”, which is an interesting concept.  They have almost 100 different sandwiches to choose from and they use Boar’s Head meats and cheeses for them all. Well…unless you don’t want cheese on it.  Just about everyone knows about The Food Factory in Cary.  They do not advertise though.  All the growth they have achieved has been through customers word of mouth recommendations.

The Food Factory opened here in Cary November of 2000 from Queens.  Now, they are teamed up with the Koka Booth Amphitheatre to do Picnic in the Park.  Except for North Carolina Symphony events, you can order a lunch by 1pm on the day of the event and have it there that night for dinner.  Try a Real New York deli sandwich and see if you can taste what I mean.
