Effective July 21, 2011 - New disclosure requirments.
When using credit scores, in whole or in part, to determine credit worthiness in making a decision to lend funds the new disclosure act applies.
If no score from public credit files are used, the existing disclosure requirements still apply as required by teh Fair Credit Report Act.
The National Apartment Association and National Multi Housing Council have additional information available for review.
