This week we had a great Q&A sessions centered around 5 questions most commonly asked of us as Real Estate Professionals. Whether we are out shopping, attending a sports activity, at a party or on an appointment these same questions pop up from friends, neighbors and clients:
1. How is the real estate market?
2. Is now a good t ime to buy?
3. Have prices bottomed?
4. Should I sell now? Is it a good time to buy?
5. How hard is it to qualify for a loan?
