My client owns a gas station so I tried to put in terms he would understand. If I called you and said I wished to pay you $ 3.59 a gallon what would you say.
It depends who it was. No no you don't know the person at all, just a phone call. I tell them to beat it he says.
Why I ask, first i don't know how much they are going to get, maybe they want it cheaper when they get here and my price is my price.

Sometimes you have to play the game to get what you want. You know go through the motions. Set up the appointment, actually bring your WIFE ( the decision maker) look at the property and then........
If your still interested in the property then we can make an offer and go forward.
If we do it your way sight unseen now you are potentially locked in ,if your offer is accepted and the problems you may have found earlier and now decided you didn't like ( i wish I new that before) soon become our problems.
I work for you and with you. My job is to protect you in the process. Even from yourself.
