With so many options how do you choose? I have come to the conclusion, I need to get more organized, use social media and get some branding done, but I don't want to drop what I am currently doing. Just today, I was surfing the web with the intent to pick the best product for me to get "organized." Do I go with the big "giant," Top Producer or do I go with one of others like XACT or Wise Agent. Now I am more confused than ever and feel like I should have been calling my past clients insead. Do any of you folks have words of wisdom for me? If not, I think I will go out side and enjoy the beautiful Northern California weather. Oh yes, I have three people on my team and intend to expand a bit more, do not like spending too much time in front of a computer and get most of my business from my sphere and by referral. Okay, thanks for any and all help.
Hi Lisa. I've tried Top Producer and Realty Juggler. I've tried Top Producer twice. I do not have a team and the learning curve on Top Producer was just too much for me. I did not have the patience to figure out all the functions. Maybe I should have studied the tutorials repeatedly. I did like the drip campaign with all the templates for follow-up letters. Realty Juggler is more budget friendly and has some of the components of Top Producer. It's more basic and easier to navigate. If there's a member of your team who is not technology-challenged like me, you might have that person research which product will be most beneficial to you and your team.
Best of luck with your decision!
Hi,
Thanks so much! I am going to take a look at Realty Juggler. I am definately technology-challenged and my team mates are too! I will let you know what I think. Again, thank you. Lisa
Lisa, I have been on Top Producer twice. I gave it up again about 3 months ago. I am unable to justify the continuing high cost. I own a license for Real Estate Success Tracker http://www.realestatesuccesstools.com/REST/REST/stuff/technotes/realestatesuccesstrackerrestisrecommendedbyrealtormagazinebuyersguide/realestatesuccesstrackerrestisrecommendedbyrealtormagazinebuyersguide.html
Thanks Vickie! When I came close to signing up for Top Producer and looked at the cost, it seemed high to me. I will check out Real Estae Success. Hope all is well.
thank you very much for the informative and interesting post. I get so much out of the active rain network. |
Lisa - I see that it's been 2 years since you were looking for a CRM. I find myself in your same shoes at this point. Which solution did you end up going with and what were the results? I signed-up for RealltyJuggler and am in the process of uploading all my contacts from my Google Contacts account and so far so smooth! Being a CRM newbie, I can't justify paying $40/mo for TopProducer when I don't even know if I'm going to stick with it long-term. I figure if I can get into a rhythm with RealtyJuggler, then I can "Upgrade" in the future if I see a benefit/need. Appreciate any feedback!
You absolutely can use your free Google account for the residential real estate business. Google is a complete business management system for the individual agent!
I'm looking for new CRM as well and I heard good staff about Lion desk + great price. What did you choose after-all?
