Have you considered buying a new home but are just confused about your options for financing

Mortgage and Lending with Edward Moloney Loan Officer GMH Mortgage Services

If so you have come to the right place.

My name is Edward Moloney. I have a unique approach to the mortgage industry. It is all about educating the prospective client.

We have all heard the horor stories of of first time buyers being confused throughout the home buying process and then regretting buying a home. Or people who had their closings costs or rates be different then what they expected at the day of closing.

I pride myself on the fact that 95% of my business is referral. In the end my reputation is much more important then any one loan could ever be. I take the time to ensure that the client understands all of their options. I also show them the pros and cons to buying a home versus renting.

We look at how to improve credit, we look at how much they are comfortable to spend each month in payment. Fact is many people are approved for much more money then they should be spending.

I love taking the time to sit with the prospects and answer all of thier questions. Many in my industry forget that a happy client is the key to a career of enjoyment.

Edward, yes, this is a big question for all first time home buyers - and as much as I try to edusate them, I am in no way as substitute for a good mortgage office.
