None of these short sales go smooth !! We know going in it's going to be a fight and have taken the position of never give up. So far we have a 100% closing on all of our listings. We have had some where the buyers get tiered of waiting for the banks and walk. Luckily we have been able to resell and close the second time around. For some reason all the deals we have had to resell have been originally purchased by investors.
Ha-ha..investors buying in Vegas??? Sounds like investors buying here in the Palm Springs, California area. But, the Buyers of my Short Sales usually are not Investors because the Investors do not want to pay even the Short Sale List price..and other Buyers do!
