Arms Open Wide, Head Thrown Back Screaming Woo Hoo! I DID IT!
Never, ever in my imagination did I think I would ever have 500,000 points! Not Brownie Points, Or Betty Crocker Points, or S & H Green Stamp Points or Blue Chip Stamp Points, but best of all ActiveRain Points...and yet I have them.
I am sitting here grinning, I really did it! It is with great honor, hours and weeks and months of blogging and commenting, and here I am, 500,000 points!
Are you just starting out? Stick with it. When you can't think of anything to say just start typing, like I am doing right now, and something will come to you.
And what has all these points done for me? Actually the points don't do anything except represent the committment I made to blog. Have I been rewarded? You betcha! Just this week I went to a listing appointment and had to go through the Home Owners papers to gather his short sale package and in the middle of it was bloggs I did in 2008 about homeowners struggling to make their mortgage payments. And a couple more blogs more recent, my profile and some of the reference letters I have received and put in my profile.
ActiveRain has taken me from a Real Estate Agent in Elkhart Indiana and thrown me all over the world. I have received calls from California, Arizona, Colorado, Elkhart, Warsaw Indiana and probably some that I have forgotten about asking me about something I had blogged.
So stick with it, someday we will be reading about you having your Arms Open Wide, Head Thrown Back Screaming Woo Hoo! I DID IT!
