Just this past month, I have acquired two new listings because of my website.

I always make sure to ask "Where did you find me?" The replies I got were, that they found me through other sites but when they came to my site, that is what sealed the deal.

Clients liked that fact that I had an appraisal education, I had video and testimonials, plus are able to search the "MLS". I have to remind you that we are not an MLS community like the rest of the country, but--- the listings I showcase come directly from the Real Estate Board of NY. The listings come directly from brokers, there are no open or duplicate listings, no bait and switch like on Craig's List or other "open" sites. The tighter and more expensive the market is, the more shenanigans go on from scammers.
