It is that time of year for the flu season to start up! Every year around this time I always get the flu. It always sneaks up on me because I plan on getting a flu shot, and then BAM it hits me. It usually lasts about 4 days, but when I did get flu shots I would always get sick so I don't guess it matters that it sneaks up on me. I am just now getting over it, after 2 shots, and 5 breathing treatments, and alot of rest, with plenty of gatorade. Now my husband has it, and he thinks the world has ended!
