Part of the reason that Menifee homes prices for June this year are lower than June of 2010 is that the Federal Government was giving out the tax credit to buyers who qualified. Menifee Homes are still very much in demand and selling and slight dips due to consumer confidence or other reasons will always exist.

These figures for Menifee Homes exclude Menifee Condominiums, as I do different reports for Menifee Condominiums. Menifee Home sales are actually up by 35 units from May of 2011. Menifee Homes units sold are up from June of 2010 by 20 units.
