Active listings in Bucks County, Pa - residential listings

I looked up the mls a couple of days ago and here are some interestings statistics :

There are 107 homes priced upto $100,000

There are 812 homes priced between $101k and $200k

There are 1183 homes between $201k and $300k

There are 833 homes between $301k and $400k

There are 307 homes between $400k and $500k

There are luxury homes for sale too. I found 166 listings between one million and two million dollars

You can see that there are over 900 residential listings priced upto $200,000.This is the perfect price for first time buyers.

That many homes priced < $200 K should attract a lot of first time home buyers. Maybe now that the debt nonsense is settled these folks will come to the table to buy.
