It has a view! My pet peeves are bad pictures, bad descriptions, no pictures, no descriptions, inaccurate pictures, and inaccurate descriptions. All of those pet peeves are reasons why I preview properties. I'd rather waste my own time than that of my Clients! Here is picture that I took from a property that was advertising a view: We have great weather in San Diego, but I would still like to have a solid door at the rear. And the view? I'm hoping that the beautiful bougainvillea was NOT the view, but I tried everything, including standing on my tiptoes, to find a view of something other than that bougainvillea. ♪♫♫♫♪ Recent blog posts:
Maybe this is the best view this agent knows? Maybe he/she looks out over electic wires or junk....and this view is great to them.
And.....I agree with you.....make sure it's the home your clients dream off - first!!
Jim - it is always best to preivew the home if you can ..... sometimes it just isn't possible ..... when that happens I always tell the potential buyer that I have not seen it.
Thanks to everyone for stopping by and commenting.
I’ll read through all the comments to see if any of them need a specific response. If so, I’ll respond below this comment. Otherwise, since I like to return comment for comment, I'll be by your blogs soon to do a little reading and commenting. I find that a better way to acknowledge you stopping by and commenting on my blog. After all, you don’t get any points if I say something to you in my own blog, but when I stop by and comment on your blog, you’ll get four points!
BAHhahahahahHA! You are so funny! I am glad you took your own picture. My other pet peeve is agents using other agents MLS pictures on their blogs and then dogging them. As If stealing a bad picture is okay but using a bad picture on MLS is not!
