The Handy Festival may be over, but you can still catch a couple of exhibits if you were too busy to get by to see them last week.

Kenneday-Douglass Center for the Arts still has the Mostly Blues Art Exhibit through Friday. To set the mood for the W.C. Handy Music Festival, area artists create paintings, drawings and sculptures with a musical flair. The Center’s hours are  9 a.m. – 4 p.m. There is no admission charge.

Art Works, an annual exhibition of work by the Tennessee Valley Art Association artist members is open from 9-5 p.m. at the Tennessee Valley Museum of Art in Tuscumbia all week.  Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for students.

 Live music tonight:

  • Live Music – Acoustic, 5-7 p.m., Swamper’s
  • Karaoke, 7-10 p.m.,Sideline’s Sports Grille
  • Live Music – Acoustic, 8-11 p.m., Swamper’s
  • Live Music, 9 p.m., On the Rocks (The Courier has this listed, but the OTR calendar doesn’t list anyone, sooo…)
  • Karaoke/Dance Music, 9 p.m., Side Pocket Lounge (Side Pockets is now Somewhere Else, so I don’t know if this is still correct either!)
