Wow, Anthony - Great video!  One would think it was common courtesy stuff but I'd imagine we've all seen most of these things along the way. Except for the trying on clothes, anyway...

What can I say after these comments?  They said it all.  It is funny and well done. Nice Job!

I am glad you are doing it (and you are great at it) instead of me (I won't be able to do this or any other video.  A camera in my face is too intimidating for me.) morgan hill realtor

Anthony, this is a funny way to educate Open House visitors. I wonder how many visitors do go through personal things - I am going to sell my own house soon and hope all the snoops stay away from my home.

Hi Anthony, loved this video..humor and some good advice. I don't get why people feel the need to open dresser drawers..or the refrigerator. It's not like the the dresser stays and all the food will be gone if the refrig comes with the home. Taking shoes off is BIG here in Portland so easy on and off shoes is another great thing.

Oh this is too funny. True but funny. I have a sign posted next to my front door, "REMOVE SHOES BEFORE ENTERING, THIS IS NOT AN OPTION". If someone really wants to visit, they will remove it. If not, they will stay outside or not visit at all.

  • It protect our health (Allergies, etc)
  • It protects the carpet and air system
  • Sometime we like to throw our pillows on the floor to watch a movie.
  • We have a lot of small babies/crawlers visiting is and do you really want your child to crawl through poop brought from the outside or where ever the visitors traveled?

Face it, vacuuming doesn't always get everything.

I was just talking with another agent on tour today about how rude some agents are when you walk into their listings.  They keep texting, talking on the phone, surfing the internet, reading a book, etc.  No manners, and no new clients either.
