The agent as a parent is a great analogy!

But, reducing home buying to the equivalent of strained carrots?

I love that look on clients as we leave closing! But, one can only hope a good agent provies a proprolactic attitude, one that realizes that it's not over until it's recorded! One that deflects buyer's remorse!

How many times do I answer the phone and someone tells me that there house isn't selling.

Instead of giving free advise, I refer them back to their agent until such time as they are not represented...
