Arizona's real estate recovery is continuing and the rapid sales pace in Desert Ridge is just another great example.

Desert Ridge, located just north of the loop 101 at Tatum Blvd, has a 2.97 month supply of active listings at the current sales rate/absorption rate. The average sales time (DOM) is a very low 87 days.

Is Desert Ridge so popular because of location? Is it because of the variety of homes? Is it because schools are within walking distance? Is it because of all the activities available at JW Marriott Desert Ridge and the outdoor mall at Desert Ridge?

Is it the current prices of homes at Desert Ridge?

I think the reason Desert Ridge is so popular is for all of the above reasons.
