Throughout the 39 condominium communities in San Diego's Mission Valley, there are lots of instances of multiple offers and bidding wars, often resulting in closing prices that are well above the listing prices.

The Bluffs are located on Friars Road directly across from the Riverwalk Golf Club. It is one of the few communities that offers 0/1 studios, which are popular with airline pilots and flight attendants, and the prices have always been some of the lowest in Mission Valley.

Look at the closing prices relative to listing prices for condominiums in The Bluffs that have sold in 2011:

Only two units failed to get the listing price, and most of them sold for more than the listing price!
