Exterior

 

* Keep the grass freshly cut.

* Remove all yard clutter.

* Weed and apply fresh mulch to garden beds.

* Clean windows inside and out.

* Wash or paint home's exterior.

* Tighten and clean all door handles.

* Ensure gutters and downspouts are firmly attached.
