Two listing appointments today!! Two new listings!
Today I went on two listing appointments and got both. Lin and I feel very confident when we go on a listing appointment that we will get the listing. Alot of agents ask me why so you feel confident?
First of all, I know this market! I know what is the competition and what has sold. Second, I am very honest. I then go over the positives and then the negatives of the property. I also tell them what they need to improve to get it listed. The most important thing though is the price. We have to get it priced right! If not I will not take the listing. Most agents will take anything, Lin and I only take it if the price is right and if it has a chance to sell.
Our marketing is second to none. We blow everyone out of the water with that, agents in this economy do not want to spend money. I would never list with an agent that doesn't spend marketing money. Why am I paying them 3 percent if they do not spend money? Let me think...... Oh I wouldn't! Also I have to believe in the property. You can not sell it if you don;t like it!
Lin and I get 99% of the listings we go after and we sell 75% of them. We price it right and spend money to make money! Call us today to list your property.
