My team and I are in the process of launching MungoList, a Real Estate Start Up the institutes a new way to sell a home. In an effort to test our strategy out in the real world, I decided to list a singe family in South Boston utilizing the system. The client heard about the concept from a friend of mine and immediately volunteered to be the first to try it out.
The result was the happiest seller I have ever seen. I recorded his video testimonial today and he could not stop gushing about how amazing of an experience it was. The end result was a happy broker (ME) who was paid for his time, and an ecstatic seller who saved over $10,500 in commissions.
If MungoList can make one seller this happy by adding value and saving him over $10K, I can only imagine how happy sellers across the nation will be once we launch.
At the end of the day its all about adding value. If you can find a way do this your clients will always be happy.
