Palm Citys Horse Talk News: Horsetalkgirl
Sunflower Homes & Equestrian, LLC.
Palm City Farms is a deed restricted area that allows Town and Country Living. What a great place to live!!
Those that have made the choice to live in Palm City Farms have the luxury of either five, ten or fifteen acres. It also encourages folks to enjoy the love of farming, ranch, estates, equestrian properties and country homes. The area is a little sophisticated with its pristine farms and upscale homes but at the same time, some areas allows animals other than horses and cattle....perhaps chickens. You would really be surprised at the amount of folks that want a few chickens. Gated communities will not allow chickens nor cattle but rural lots have no restrictions.
Palm City Farms lots are a little more per acre than closer to Okeechobee and St. Lucie County, but the freedom of being in town for lunch in five minutes is a pretty good thing. Especially just after cleaning stalls and your are exhausted. The lot that I am featuring today is found in Sunshine Farms, a gated community and five minutes from having lunch in Palm City. This lot is 4.7 acres and pristine. It is ready for building and exposure is southern. Sunshine Farms is a very small community, not gated, but with some restrictions but has only a small $100 plus HOA a year. I have documents if interested. This property is $235,000. Fenced, mowed.
I also have a five acre lot that has been discounted to $99,000. There are only two and half acres that can be built on due to EPA restrictions of wetlands.
