Have you ever stopped to think what makes you different? Knowing the answer to this question can make you a real competitor in this difficult market. I remember 57 years ago during my Boy Scout days our motto was “Be Prepared”. Actually I can remember what happened 57 years ago even though I can’t remember what happened yesterday.
To be successful in the market today you will have to be different. You must invest in technology and training that saves time, money and headaches. Don’t count on your customers and clients staying with you just because you have a great personality. Your clients and customers are also in a squeeze and they need an agent that knows the market and can effectively guide them through the maze that you have to go through to get the job done.
