Just thought I would take a moment to comment on the weather in the Georgetown SC area. I am fairly aware that much of the country is experiencing a heat wave, however there truly is a difference in sitting in an air conditioned room and watching it on tv rather than being out in it! I would advise everyone who has to be out in this weather for any period of time to stay hydrated! I dont have to be out in it a lot but I had to work outside for a couple of hours and I returned soaked! Be careful out there!

Studies show there is a temperature threshold that once met, just stops people in their tracks. That slows businesses and real estate activity as well.

Thanks for the comments, I agree that this time of year yardwork is best done in the morning or evening and tempratures like this certainly slow people to a crawl. Hopefully it will cool off soon to more enjoyable temps.
