Would You Like to Pay More Taxes on Your Home Sale in New Jersey?

By

This is a CALL TO ACTION.  If you've sold your home within the last 39 years, you may recall paying a New Jersey State Transfer Tax on the sale of your home.  Currently there is a movement to establish a Local Transfer Tax as well.  This would increase the New Jersey Transfer Tax yet again!  I encourage all of you to let your state legislators know that you oppose this tax.  A letter has already been drafted for you, making this easy to do.  Simply go to http://takeaction.realtoractioncenter.com/campaign/njhomesalestaxp and follow the directions.  If you're a homeowner, or intend to be one some day, don't stay on the sidelines for this issue: Get Involved!

Matt- We are having a huge battle here in Florida over property taxes and insurance rates. The people in government just never know how to settle their differences and never pass anything for us, just for more money for them and their pet projects. Katerina
