So then, how do you effectively market your products to brokers & loan officers?

My hard money products are hard to beat with how quick we fund CA deals.  Email me @ rosenblatt.andrew@gmail.com for a niche sheet. ( Had to do the self-promotion.)

OK, I'll answer on this one since you have the same post a million times :)  I see you're new......there are many lenders on here, and they write about the business, not what they can do ( you probably realize this)........I was actually interested until I saw so many of these posts.....that looks like spam to me, which of course turns me off.  If you truly want to be a part of this community, then post a real article...go look at Jason Sardi, Brian Brady, Ricardo Bueno, Gary (in Arizona), Michael Mapes.........

If I was you I would try to be a part of the community first, your Profile will sell your product, but you have to sell yourself.....

Hi Andrew, here is a tip: I always check to make sure my articles are posted properly, one reason would be to make sure I haven't posted multiple times by mistake.   So you just need to correct these extra posts by deleting the extra 16!

Welcome to ActiveRain!

Nice comment Laz..

But don't they have to remove the boot from your ass first?

Don't leave stupid comments on my blog when I'm trying to learn the way of the blog from those who have useful things to say.

Hi Andrew, hey those things happen...my first error posting was to have the post disappear forever!  I later learned (here on AR) to use Google Docs to write my articles and then cut and paste to AR.

There is lots to learn, and many benefits here on AR, again welcome!

Andrew,

Go back to your homepage....on the left it says Blogs......delete all the other ones, and that will alleviate the multiple Posts Problem.  then on the top there is a button that says Groups.....find a Mortgage or lender one, and read what some of them have written.....that should help too.  Good Luck :)  If you have questions on things there are many people that will help you.......
