My hard money products are hard to beat with how quick we fund CA deals.  Email me @ rosenblatt.andrew@gmail.com for a niche sheet. ( Had to do the self-promotion.)

Like Terry said, you may want to visit your blog, then hit the delete quite a few times, as something happened when you tried to put up your blog about this.  Good luck!

Andrew - we ALL are learning here. Take time to observe some of the featured articles. There's a reason they get featured. Don't just ADVERTISE your business and services, but write about things that would be helpful to potential clients. What are some pitfalls to avoid? Tell us about where you live, what you enjoy about Redondo Beach. It'a great area! Let your writing tell us about you, not just some links to your website or an ad....

That's exactly it.  Most hard money lenders are lying to the public.  They actually have $0 dollars to fund with and instead are merely a middle man and once you submit a loan to them, they have to send it to a company like mine that actually has the money to fund.

That is my main niche, we actually fund loans, not pose as a lender in order to shop it around to a real hard money lender.  There are many companies that do this.  One example is Pacific Shores Mortgage & Reality in Los Angeles ran by Austin Jordan.  He is merely a hard money poser that has no money & spends his time once you submit a loan to him, by searching with real hard money lenders.  So, basically, he takes a part of your commission for doing absolutely nothing, but lying to you and sending your deal to a company like mine.

Still think all hard money lenders are the same-Think Again-Don't Be Fooled!

In fact, try him..his email address is aj@psmtg.com   If you truly want to get manipulated & lied to and have your borrower hate you, email him a CA hard money loan and watch as it takes 3 months to fund, if it does at all, and watch all the lies that accumulate while he shops it around.  I dare you to try.  some of these guys are nothing more than scam artists as such with Austin Jordan @ Pacific Shores.

Andrew, unfortunately, that is in every fascist of our business. The ethical ones of us are the ones that get hurt the most though. And keep blogging away.
