Heritage Hills in the City of Lone Tree by Kristal Kraft

If you are like me and just can't get enough of looking at lovely, brand-new, wonderfully decorated homes, this week you will be in your glory!

The Denver Parade of Homes encompasses 19 towns this year with 64 properties being showcased!  From Loveland to Castle Rock and Aurora to Black Hawk there is guaranteed to be many awesome homes worth visiting.

There is one collection of home in Lone Tree where you can visit 6-luxury homes in the gated community of Heritage Hills.  This area is close to Park Meadows Mall and the Lincoln Station of the RTD Lightrail.

If you are unfamiliar with the City of Lone Tree, here's a map I created spotlighting all the neighborhoods in the City.  Click on the shaded areas to see a photo and search for existing homes for sale if you care to learn more.

Parade of Homes Denver Information

The Parade of Homes offers many more communities and lifestyles.  Prices start in the low $200's for a condo in the gaming communities of Black Hawk and Central City.  Luxury homes over the $1 milliion mark can be found in several communities.

The best strategy is to visit the Denver Parade of Homes website where you can map out your course.  Be sure to investigate all the wonderful contests the home builders are offering.  I noted one is even giving away an Apple iPad2 for visiting the community during a certain time frame!

Hope to see you touring these lovely homes! I'll be there for sure, so say "Hi!"

The colors of your photography is simply amazing..... Love Parade of Homes, especially if it's not too hot. We've been hovering around 108-111 degree.

Thanks Loreena, I appreciate your compliment!  Sorry your heat temps are up there.  We've been having hot days and monsoon afternoons.  It helps to keep the temps down!

Lone Tree is close enough I may pop up and visit that Parade.  We started ours this weekend, also, and I kept thinking how much more enjoyable it was when they had five or six neighborhoods with a bunch of houses in each neighborhood.  Now they are spread out all over town.  But they are not NEARLY as spread out as Loveland to Lone Tree ;)))  Thanks for the heads up, Kristal . . . I'll make an effort to visit!

Looks like a great tour!  Wish I could make it down the 'hill' to see some of the fabulous homes.  I'll have to mark my calendar for next year's tour!
