We see the costumes in the paper and online.  You have to get there at 9:00 AM for the noon parade.  The road to Fiesta becomes a parking lot, so we opt out, but we are happy to raise our margaritas in celebration! So we sip with the other locals and toast all nations. A

Considering the number of people here from out of town and out of the country, we bow out of the festivities, and let others enjoy, if we lived in the Riviera section of Santa Barbara, it would be much easier to head down.  A
