Phoenix Home MLS Map Search
Using a Phoenix Valley map to search areas you want to live can be super helpful when finding your next home. There are many great mapping tools out there on agent websites. I have personally used wolfnet and also Diverse Solutions. In Arizona, although I found these both to be great tools, I found there was a lag time as long as 48 hours on my website. I am no expert on feeds so I am not sure of the exact feed time our MLS needs to get the correct information to these sites, what I do know is if my clients are calling about a property that is already under contract, both them and me are missing opportunities. For this reason I went on the hunt for a new search tool for my clients.
FlexMLS has a great IDX solution for real estate in Arizona. This tool is in real time. So when my clients search online they are searching the same homes found on the MLS I see as a REALTOR®. In fact, it is the exact same setup. When a client comes to our website to search for homes and they register free, they have just created a personalized website that only they can see. This website allows them access to my mls to search for and find homes. They can search the same way a real estate agent would and they can view their results on a Valley map, in list form or by photos. They are fully in the drivers seat in the search process.
