Maybe if he had hired a Realtor his house might have sold and his wife might not have left him...perhaps even his dog would still be there. Of course a Realtor would have to have a pro remove the asbestos...we are good but we aren't magicians. Oh yeah...the job he lost was that of a sign maker apparently.
This is so funny but sad if it is a real sign. Apparently he doesn't watch TV to see the NAR commercials telling the public to "Hire A Realtor".
I hope sign making wasn't the job he lost. Selling homes isn't his calling either.

Sad, but not so uncommon in these troubled times. Everyone has been warned about having no reserves. Living week to week and hand to mouth has come home to roost.
