Unbelievable I thought after searching for a buyer with excellent credit, who wanted to buy a nightly rental unit at Indian Point Village. The price was $119,000 and no local bank or mortgage lender would touch it with a ten foot pole even with 20% down! So another agent suggested a lender in St. Louis at Heartland Bank. It is the most fabulous lending for any condo I've seen in months (or years)! So I'm going to shout it from the rooftop!!

Ok, so for most buyers 10,000 is much more reasonable than 20,000 down, and under 5% that's pretty darn good!
