It's such a good feeling helping clients into a home they really love, but sometimes different service providers can suck the fun and enjoyment right out of it for everyone involved. After a long and frustrating transaction due to a lack of communication from the lender, lost paper work and a never ending last minute lender requirement requests (demands) we got it done. With due respect to many of the fine lenders I work with and those highly respected lenders who are members here in ActiveRain I think the problem with this transaction was "New man in the factory" syndrome. Anyway buyers are happy and in the process of moving in.
Cedar Springs Station is a beautiful subdivision in a great school district and close to just about everything residents need.
