Wow...Anita, thanks for sharing. I had no idea 3,4 and 5 car garages were in such demand and that they are so affordable! Here in Prince William County Virginia, most three car garage homes start above $500,000. Love your IDX site. Very easy to use.

Good morning Anita - it's nice to have the extra space because these days garages can be used to store so many things along with cars. On one side of our 2 car garage you  would think it was a  sports store - quads, skis, snowboards, bikes, dirt-bikes ect! And we have a basement!

Anita, Even with 3, 4, and 5 car garages, the homes in Houston County GA are still reasonably priced compared to other areas ~ Great niche to talk about!

That's my husbands dream Roy...someday perhaps.

Peggy: With all the gadgets, gizmos, and toys folks have these days, having the extra garage space is making the must-have list.  Thanks on the IDX...I stripped out the header/footer to just provide the feed and kinda like the look because it's so plain.  HA.

Ginny...that is very true, not many homes with basements in Houston County GA.

Carol...with kids who drive it doesn't take long to fill up a big garage and driveway.

Very common to see that here too Kristine.  If I look in my garage, one side has a pool table and air hockey game.  LOL

Very affordable Larry/Sheila...it's a great time to buy in HOCO GA!

Good morning, Anita......suggested....this is a topic that no one discusses but it's very important today.....many buyers are looking for that three car garage....eventually it will be a standard feature in all new homes rather than a two car.....

Buyers in Austin are always looking for a home with a 3 car garage! Especially since we do not have basements! That extra bay is for all the dirt bikes/scooters, soccer equipment etc.!!
