It’s challenging to be upbeat when the real estate market seems to be moving along at a snail’s pace, especially when we saw the market reports for the first half of 2011.

July 2011 shows improvement!

As you can see from the chart below, July out-performed the monthly average for the 1st half of the year in every category, and this is typical for this recreation market.
Looking at the pending sales, it appears we are headed upward into August, also.

July, August, September and October traditionally show more sales activity than other months. Ponderosa Realty and other real estate offices in the area are reporting more strength in sales than in the past 2 years.
