Thanks for your comments. I am from NO and moved here in 94 after selling a business in Ponchatoula LA. Still have faimily and friends in NO and visit but do love calling this home. It has been a great summer for us both sales and vacation rentals. Have not seen it like this in years. Pricing down but sales way up. The locals say October is the best month to be here. Hope you find the time to make it to the beach soon.
