At town meeting, it was announced that the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority has assessed a slight increase to Milton's water and sewer charges, based on the town's consumption of water last year. This means Milton residents will see a modest increase to their water and sewer bills, .7 percent to the water bill and 5 percent to the sewer bill. According to town records, this increase is low compared to other towns. Residents will see the increase on their next bill.
