Highlands Ranch real estate is improving. Days on market are just over 2 months for Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree homes sold. Once homes are priced right, they get 97% list to sold price. So it is still a buyer's market to some extent, but sellers are not "giving" their homes away. Don't expect to "steal" too many homes. The message for Highlands ranch and Lone Tree sellers is if your goal is to move before the end of the year, then get your home to the right price and keep it in tip top showing condition. If you do this, you may be sold before the end of the year.
