Highlands Ranch real estate is improving. Days on market are just over 2 months for Highlands Ranch and Lone Tree homes sold.  Once homes are priced right, they get 97% list to sold price.  So it is still a buyer's market to some extent, but sellers are not "giving" their homes away.  Don't expect to "steal" too many homes.  The message for Highlands ranch and Lone Tree sellers is if your goal is to move before the end of the year, then get your home to the right price and keep it in tip top showing condition.  If you do this, you may be sold before the end of the year.

Teri - Its so interesting how the buyers want sellers to come down but when it comes to their own listing, they are still having trouble with that concept.

Steve - Very nice area!  Generally if you price them right they will sell.  Of course we have an unusually high amount of listins on the market right now in my area, but they are selling!
