Five bidders competed in the auction, and the winning buyer is from Texas.
The extensive auction marketing campaign produced nearly 200 prospects, more than 50 showings, and five bidders. In only five weeks, 2500 visitors viewed the auction website from all US states and 20 international countries.
“In spite of being such an amazing property, it was difficult to generate momentum in the marketplace over the past two years. Once an auction date was set, the opportunity was validated.
