Rental Rates in Melbourne Florida are Great... considering Manhattan

I love NY!   As a native New Yorker - this is not surprising - in fact, it sounds like a deal!!! : )

Oh my goodness I'm becoming claustophobic just looking at it.  Granted my only experience is what I see on tv but ...aren't prison cells larger and come with their own bathrooms? 

That is really unbelievable to me but it's real - wow! Yes, rental rates in Melbourne Florida are great! Especially compared to 78 sf in NYC :)

I saw a 150 sf layout of an apartment at Ikea... but 78 Sf is crazy!

I showed this to my husband and he said the same thing...prison cells ar larger than this. Wow. I like the guy's creativity though!

Just when you think you've seen it all, something in the Apple manages to surprise you.  As mentioned above, I feel claustiphobic just looking at this apartment.

Joseph, 78 square feet is a large closet. At least it has a window. I'll take Melbourne any time. I've traveled to Melbourne many times in the past. A great place to live.

This must be a joke. I can't believe this. One can only wonder at what will come next.           

78 sf?  That's more like a hallway!  I agree, I also like seeing those rental rates and home prices up North, no wonder people are still loving it in Florida!
