What a beautiful day to be outside! The parade started at Independence Park and continued to Piney River and then on to the High Plains Environmental Center
. Along the way, the kids were greeted by several High Plains residents with candy and kind offerings. At HPEC, the kids enjoyed pumpkin painting and a magic show.
A good time was had by all.........
